Permission first

We only email people who asked to hear from us. Every address on our list comes from a form submitted on this site, and we use confirmation emails so nobody can be added by someone else.

What we send

Project plans, how-to guides, tool notes, and occasional site announcements. We do not send unrelated third-party advertising, and we never rent, sell, or share your address with other marketers.

Clear identification

Every email states clearly that it is from Create & Fix, uses an accurate subject line, and includes a valid postal or reply address.

Leaving is easy

Every message has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Unsubscribes are processed immediately and automatically — you never have to ask a person or explain why.

Reporting a problem

If you receive email from us that you did not request, or you believe someone signed you up without permission, write to hello@createandfix.com and we will remove the address and investigate. We take deliverability and consent seriously and comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR consent requirements.
