When you request our project library we collect the first name and email address you submit. If you contact us, we collect the details of your message. We also collect standard, aggregated analytics such as pages viewed, referring site, browser type, and approximate region.

How we use it

Your email is used to deliver the plans you requested and to send occasional project guides, tool advice, and site updates. Message details are used only to answer you. Analytics help us understand which guides are useful so we can publish more of them.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send unsolicited third-party advertising to your inbox, and we do not share your address with other publishers.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for basic site functionality and anonymous analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

Your choices

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You may also ask us to access, correct, or permanently delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to hello@createandfix.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
